What does the HOA Fee Cover?
Garbage pick-up twice a week, recycling pick-up once a week, access to the park amenities.
Do you accept dogs?
Yes.
Are there any breed restrictions?
No. We follow Lee County guidelines.
How many pets can we have?
There is a 2 pet per house rule
Can we get a pass to use your pool even if we don’t live there?
No. We do not have a public pool.
How much to put an RV on a lot?
This is not an RV park.
